This summer, alongside the exhibition season, the Palais de Tokyo invites Jen Cardini, a central figure of the international electronic scene and a queer figure, to present a program of live performances and DJ sets in its basement, a naturally cool space.
A central figure on the international electronic scene and a queer figure, Jen Cardini signs, with Tokyo Waves, a musical curation in response to the exhibition season Normes Corps: five afternoons of electronic exploration conceived as a space for gathering, experimentation and transmission, bringing together emerging and established artists, local and international, with diverse aesthetics.
Tokyo Waves brings electronic music into dialogue with contemporary creation by offering access to the current exhibitions alongside the event. An invitation to experience the Palais de Tokyo differently, for the duration of an afternoon.
