On August 15, 2026, Mint will celebrate its fifth anniversary at the Fusion Club in Münster—and for the occasion highlights an act that has accompanied the journey from the very beginning: Alignment. The Italian Francesco Pierfelici, based in Berlin, stands for fast, straightforward techno with a clearly palpable rave DNA. His sets run at high tempo, tight, industrial-tinged grooves, and these trance-like 90s melodies that do not push themselves to the foreground but sustain the pressure for hours. Alignment has made a name for itself through releases on labels such as Voxnox and later in the milieu surrounding KNTXT—always with a sound aimed at large floors while remaining precise: repetitive synth motifs, taut textures, and uncompromising drive.
