Seventh round! It will take place for the first time at Le Chinois; it was about time to begin a collaboration with this venue that is slowly but surely establishing itself as a benchmark of the Parisian rock scene. What a joy to welcome back as headliners a band we booked eight years ago for our second night, and which has grown a lot since.
It It Anita (indie noise rock - BE)
Anyone who has never seen It It Anita live cannot imagine the blast that awaits them. And some may not know that the lineup has gained even more power since its transition to a power trio in 2022. An efficiency amplified, an ever more assured maturity, a knack for unleashing the killer riff and the melody that sticks in the mind. The fifth offspring, Hi Hi Ha Ha, is clearly not here to mess around, and we bet on spine-tingling thrills when "Lion Tamer" sounds, between two brutal noise-punk onslaughts. Come check it out—we rarely lie.
Arnaud Fournier (noise rock / ambient - FR)
Not content with a good bill alone, give it the feel of an event. That was our motto. Here is Arnaud Fournier, half of Hint, one of the pillars of the French 90s noise scene, returning from a tour with the Young Gods and author of a first album under his own name. A disorienting journey, uncompromising, but with trumpet, sax, hypnotic samples and saturated guitars, of course. We can't help ourselves. Ready for liftoff?
