On July 31, 2026, La Loco in Quimperlé will swing into fest-noz time with a lineup led by Fred Guichen and Erwan Moal. An indispensable diatonic accordionist on the Breton scene, Fred Guichen has forged his playing in the energy of dance, from Ar Re Yaouank to his duo and trio projects. His accordion, at once rhythmic and melodic, travels between traditional repertoire, Celtic hues, and more contemporary folk, without losing the edge that drives the circle dances.
Alongside him, Erwan Moal completes this pairing conceived for the dance floor, balancing the musicians’ complicity with a sense of the collective. A night where themes circulate, stretch, and pick up speed again, and where one comes above all to let themselves be guided by the cadence and the vibration of the instruments, in closest contact with the spirit of the fest-noz.
