Michel Fugain returns to the stage on February 3, 2027 in Chaudeau-Ludres (Ludres) with an entirely new show conceived as a throughline running through his repertoire. A true author, composer and performer, he revisits more than fifty years of French chanson without simply going back: the idea is to set these titles in motion again, to make them sound in the present, with the same collective energy that has marked his career.
You can sense the spirit of the great years, from the Big Bazar period onward, this way of taking the audience along with chorale refrains, breathing arrangements and lyrics that speak of joy, sharing and momentum. Songs such as Une belle histoire, Fais comme l’oiseau or La Fête punctuate this journey, carried by a Fugain who remains very much a showman, always addressing the audience directly. A date to (re)discover this repertoire in a live version, faithful to the showman he has never ceased to be.
