On 11 December 2026, Kasabian set up their amps at the Utilita Arena Birmingham with the Nothing Better Than This Tour 2026. Born in Leicester in the late 1990s, the band has always enjoyed blurring the lines between indie rock, electronic pulses, and a live energy designed for large venues. From Kasabian's nervy beginnings to the more direct efficiency of their subsequent records, their hallmark remains the same: riffs that grab, rhythms that loop, and a taste for hypnotic crescendos. Since 2020, Sergio Pizzorno has handled lead vocals and continues to drive the band in a front-facing, live-oriented format, without sacrificing the textures and atmospheres that define their identity.
The Vaccines open the evening. Formed in London in the early 2010s around Justin Young, the band established themselves with taut, melodic indie rock, crafted in short formats and immediate choruses. Between the youthful drive of their early days and the precision gained through touring, they remind us why their songs translate so well from radio to the live stage.
