Stop! Let it be known: Arnaud Tsamere is fed up and wants to shout it from the rooftops. Certainly, his previous show, “Two Weddings and a Funeral,” was a resounding success. Certainly, his performance in the XXL Cyrano de Bergerac costume was unanimously praised. Certainly, his Trio tour was triumphant. But he, henceforth, yearns for calm and rest. But his producer, Jérémy Ferrari, greedy and heartless, had him sign, long ago, a contract obliging him to take the stage for an additional solo show. Part of the contract that Arnaud has somewhat “forgotten,” and which, if he does not undertake to honor it, subjects him to a penalty of €27.2 million. Be that as it may, since he is compelled to return, here he is again before us at the Palais des Congrès in Perpignan, in what he does best, a moment in which absurdity and digression volley back and forth, where intimate mockery turns into universal humor. And even if he does not feel like being there, at least with us, he knows how to be among good company.
A contract he could not refuse!
