On July 28, 2026, in Chinois Ibiza (Eivissa), the Appetite crew are back at it with a night centered on their take on the dancefloor: house and techno with a British edge, with nods to minimal and that underground, community-minded vibe that has defined them since they started as school friends in East London.
At the helm are its founders, Elliot Schooling and Liam Palmer, who have turned Appetite into a label/party with a very clear curatorship: steady rhythm, bass with intent, and transitions crafted to keep the pulse without veering into the obvious.
The lineup is completed by Groove Armada, the London duo Tom Findlay and Andy Cato, veterans in crossing downtempo, house, big beat and more pop-leaning electronic without losing club appeal. Between live performances and DJ sets, their journey is pure dancefloor culture: groove, melody and energy calibrated to let the night grow. Locky and Minna join in to cap the journey with even more selection and intensity in the booth.
