After yesterday's farewell tour, Fabrice Éboué returns with his new show SolitudeS at Cirque Royal. A stand-up comedian with a sharp, vivid way with words, he returns to the stage in pure stand-up mode: one microphone, a room, and writing that cuts cleanly. He scrutinizes the era and its contradictions, deconstructs daily life, shakes up received ideas, slips in a dose of dark humor, and offers a lucid look at what both troubles and amuses. Between confidences and punchlines, he plays with rhythm, silences, and the moment, for short tableaux where burning topics and details of reality echo each other. A direct and unfiltered return, faithful to his way of telling stories and to that sense of misdirection that runs through his shows.
