Following the release of their new album, Distant Dreams, Faze Action bring their live show to Fox & Firkin. Performing with a full 9-piece band delivering a live experience.
Blending melodic textures, live musicianship, vocals, percussion, Rhodes, and strings, Distant Dreams continues the duo’s musical journey, drawing on disco, jazz-funk, Balearic, soulful, and African influences while sounding contemporary. The album features long-time collaborator Zeke Manyika and has received support from Gilles Peterson and Craig Charles. With a legacy that stretches back to the Nuphonic label, where some of their releases first found a home, Faze Action remain key figures in the evolution of dance music.
Faze Action Live combines classic tracks such as “In the Trees” and “Kariba” with new material from Distant Dreams, delivering a rhythm-led experience built for both listening and dancing.
