Young Gun Silver Fox

Young Gun Silver Fox will perform at Musis Arnhem (Arnhem) on January 31, 2027, bringing their warm, soulful blend of soft rock, R&B, jazz-rock and West Coast pop. The duo comprises singer and songwriter Andy Platts (also known for Mamas Gun) and multi-instrumentalist Shawn Lee, who had previously earned his stripes with solo work and the Ping Pong Orchestra. Together they craft songs that lean on tight vocal harmonies, smooth grooves, glossy keyboards, flowing guitars and horn arrangements that nod to the studio perfection of the late 1970s.

Their story began with an initial online connection in the MySpace era, but truly took shape in London, where the collaboration culminated in the single You Can Feel It and the West End Coast debut (2015). Following that came AM Waves (2018), Canyons (2020) with more room for horns, Ticket to Shangri-La (2022) and Pleasure (2025). Live, it’s about the chemistry between two musicians with a shared love of soul, melodic soft rock and meticulously crafted arrangements.
