On March 27, 2027, Cali checks his bags at the Centre Culturel de Soignies for a concert that is true to his image: direct, sung at close range, powered by the urgency of the words. Behind the stage name, Bruno Caliciuri, a self-taught musician from the South near Perpignan, honed his craft in local groups before striking out on his own.
Revealed to the public in 2004 with ‘C’est quand le bonheur ?’, notably after his appearance at the Francofolies in La Rochelle, Cali has built a discography in which writing leads the way, from L’amour parfait to Menteur, with a taste for songs that tell stories and that hook. On stage, he defends his repertoire without frills, between rock energy, emotional tension and more naked moments, faithful to his temperament as a musician who lives for live performance. In Soignies, he comes to remind that his titles take on another dimension as soon as they leave the studio to face the audience.
