Brian Fallon lands in London with The Painkillers for the Not Bad for New Jersey Tour, on November 10, 2026 at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire. A New Jersey-born artist, he has spent years cultivating his own distinctive way of telling the everyday American experience, somewhere between punk, heartland rock, folk and Americana. He is known as the voice and the pen of The Gaslight Anthem, capable of delivering both tense and melodic songs, but also for his solo work where he leaves more room for nuance, subtle grooves and choruses that linger.
Opening, Chris Farren brings his indie-punk energy and his knack for short-form songs. Between his past with Fake Problems, his Antarctigo Vespucci duo and his solo records, he plays fast, direct power pop, with jangly guitars and a punchy, no-frills sense of phrasing that lands without going over the top. Two direct approaches, two ways of telling a story in just a few chords.
