Tyler Braden

Alabama-born singer and songwriter Tyler Braden brings his Nashville-honed country with a rock edge to The Academy in Dublin on 4 February 2027. Raised in Slapout and a former firefighter, he moved to Nashville to sharpen his craft, building a following one show at a time with songs rooted in small-town memories, relationships and the choices that shape a life. Signed to Warner Music Nashville, he released the EP What Do They Know in 2021, laying out a sound of sturdy guitars, tuneful choruses and mid-tempo ballads, and stepped onto national TV in 2022 with Seventeen on American Song Contest.

On stage, Braden leans into narrative writing and a voice pushed to the front, with direct arrangements that shift between power ballads and more uptempo cuts. The set navigates reflective material and rock-leaning moments, balancing intimate storytelling with band-driven energy. Early singles and tracks from What Do They Know sit alongside newer songs, carried by clear melodies and lyrics that stay accessible without losing detail.
