Acid Arab

Acid Arab arrives at La Sirène in La Rochelle on February 19, 2027, for a live show conceived for the dancefloor. Born in Parisian clubs, the collective has shaped an aesthetic in which machines converse with voices, rhythms and imaginaries from the Arab world and the Mediterranean. On stage, electronic material becomes physical and precise: acid lines, taut synths, percussive pulses and melodic motifs follow one another in a movement that flirts with trance and folk singing. The show unfolds in stages—between slow builds, sharp bursts and moments of breath—without losing the thread of a clear compositional logic. Carried by their album Resonance, this appearance opens a new, broader cycle that thickens the textures and widens the spectrum of collaborations and influences. It is a live set that plays equally with grounding and displacement, designed to make a musical heritage resonate through a sound system and to bring clubbers and the curious together around the same beat.
