Asha Puthli appears with her band for a rare set tracing the lines she’s drawn between jazz, disco and electronics. Known for Space Talk and The Devil Is Loose, and for her work with Ornette Coleman, she brings that shape-shifting voice up close. Still active in the present, she recently surfaced on Gorillaz’s The Mountain (The Moon Cave) and on PAWA! with Say She She — signals of a catalogue that keeps moving.

Hollie Cook steps up with a live dub performance built around her Shy Girl In Dub! project. Expect analogue desk pressure, delays and echoes folding into bass and rhythm, pushing her tropical pop roots toward a deeper, hypnotic current. Mr Bongo’s selectors round it out with finds and favourites from the new compilation.
