Insider Trading are a 4-piece band who blend post-punk aesthetics with post-rock structures and shoegaze textures, pairing them with slowcore elements that combine to form complex and multi-layered tracks. Formed in Edinburgh, they have toured in the underground scene and played alongside UK up-and-coming musicians.
Their most recent EP, 'From Leith to New York', explores themes of the contemporary UK underground, balancing soft, emotional sections with cacophonous crescendos, tied together with deliberate instrumentation.
