Direct, concise, and to the point. That’s how the songs of Aiko el Grupo are: a fun, distinctive, and sparkling band on the current scene, formed in Madrid by Teresa Iñesta (guitar and vocals), Lara Miera (guitar and vocals) and Bárbara López (keyboard and vocals).

With their sharp, irreverent lyrics — tinged with a hint of naivety but with an undeniable bite — their high-energy and entertaining live shows, and an overflowing attitude, they have carved out a place in the national indie scene since landing on it in 2020 with Va totalmente en serio... In 2023 they returned with their first full-length, Me están apuntando con un arma, where they develop the same brazen approach, but more precise in message and form, and in 2024 they released A tomar por culo, a new EP issued by Primavera Labels, rawer and more mature, which anticipates a new phase that culminates in 2026 with a new studio album. Aiko el Grupo performs on December 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Dabadaba.
