Imany

Imany has been carving out a singular path for more than ten years between soul, folk and acoustic pop. On December 3, 2026, at the Radiant - Bellevue in Caluire-et-Cuire, she will present Women Deserve Rage, her new album, on stage. Conceived as a movement of reclaiming the self, this record treats anger as a resource, with songs that express doubt, weariness, resistance and the desire for freedom. The writing remains direct and precise, carried by her deep, unmistakable voice.

After Voodoo Cello, a project of reworkings featuring eight cellos that shaped her recent trajectory, Imany opens another chapter. On stage she favors spare arrangements, makes room for timbre and breath, and creates atmospheres that range from a soulful pulse to stripped-down ballads. Between confidences and mantras, she weaves a narrative thread that connects the personal to collective concerns. A concert refocused on the essentials: the singing, the words, and a presence that continues to reinvent itself.
