Diff'art presents: The Inspector Cluzo + opening act

The two Gascon farmers of The Inspector Cluzo released in June 2025 their 10th LP, Less Is More, on their own label, as they have done since the start of their career 20 years ago. The album, produced by their mentor Vance Powell (Jack White, The Raconteurs, Chris Stapleton) in Nashville, recorded live in four days and mixed in three, was chosen by Rolling Stone as the 5th best LP of 2025 (and the top French album). The British magazine Classic Rock also ranked it among the best rock albums of 2025. They develop themes dear to the naturalist-environmentalist Henry David Thoreau and to post-growth thought. In the summer of 2025 they opened for Neil Young in Europe in July and for their friends in Clutch in the United States, in the Midwest, where they were well received. They will return in September–October 2026 for a 40-date tour through the far-flung corners of the United States and Canada. Still self-produced by choice and refusing to sign with any label or tour promoter, the band continues to practice, both on the farm and in their music, a post-growth economy—both local and global—which they consider better suited to climate change. Live, with more than 1,300 dates in 67 countries, they have toured internationally for 20 years thanks to two-man, four-handed performances, without backing tracks and entirely live, performances that have built their reputation around the world.
