Cirque du Soleil presents OVO on 21 January 2027 at the LDLC Arena in Décines-Charpieu, France. Founded in Quebec in 1984, the company redefined animal-free contemporary circus by placing acrobatics, visual theatre and music at the heart of its creations. OVO follows this tradition: a stage fresco carried by characters, a story told in images and an original score that mixes orchestral pop, percussion, electronic textures and multilingual vocals. On stage, the acts unfold with precision: lifts, balances, aerials and ensemble sequences structure a progression that alternates physical feats with dramatic pauses. The meticulously constructed scenography and the costumes elaborate the universe, while the music guides the show's rhythm and energy. Faithful to its wordless narrative approach, Cirque du Soleil draws on the meeting of acrobatic virtuosity and immersive atmospheres to give OVO its distinctive signature.
