Originally formed in Perm and now based in Slovenia, Gnoomes arrive in Berlin at Arkaoda on 20 November 2026 at 18h00 with Losey — their new album. Blending hypnotic krautrock rhythms, acid electronics, psychedelic pop and motorik repetition, the duo explore modern psych music.
Written during a period of migration and isolation after leaving Russia, Losey addresses uncertainty and displacement. Created mostly at home, the record channels themes of freedom, endurance and emotional survival into songs with both intimate and expansive dynamics.
Influenced by artists such as Stereolab, Joy Division and experimental electronic music, Gnoomes balance driving rhythms with dreamy textures and emotional intensity.
The band describe the album simply as: "Rave as therapy. Pop as resistance. Love as endurance."
For fans of psychedelic electronics, krautrock and experimental pop.
