Eartheater

Eartheater, the project of multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Alexandra Drewchin, brings her hybrid live show to KOKO, London on 27 August 2026. Raised in northeastern Pennsylvania and now based in New York, she weaves experimental electronics, industrial-pop tension and skewed psych folk into songs built around voice, texture and movement. Her early albums Metalepsis and RIP Chrysalis (2015, Hausu Mountain) set the tone with fragmented melodies and abrasive timbres. Irisiri (2018, PAN) and the Trinity mixtape (2019, Chemical X) sharpened that language into a fluid, shape-shifting pop that kept its experimental backbone. Phoenix: Flames Are Dew Upon My Skin (2020) opened a more acoustic, organic path, followed by Powders (2023), where airy vocals cut through dense, body-led production. She has also collaborated with LEYA on the Angel Lust EP and worked across experimental and contemporary pop circles.

On stage, Eartheater moves between guitar, electronics and extended vocal work, recomposing tracks from across her catalogue in real time. The night will also feature special guests.
