Widowspeak play The Workman's Club in Dublin on 13 November 2026. Born in Brooklyn in 2010 and now centered on singer Molly Hamilton and guitarist Robert Earl Thomas, the group writes slow, stripped-back indie rock where the voice stays close, guitars trace lean motifs and the rhythm section keeps a calm tension. Between dream pop, folk rock and a light country tint, they have shaped a steady signature across records including Widowspeak, Almanac, All Yours, Expect the Best, Plum and The Jacket.
On stage, the duo favors space and detail over volume: understated guitar lines, measured dynamics, melodies that unfold without hurry. The songs sit front and center, carried by Hamilton's unadorned delivery and Thomas's precise playing, with arrangements that leave air around each part.
