Hovvdy bring their understated indie to the Hollywood Theatre in Vancouver on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Formed in Austin, the duo of Charlie Martin and Will Taylor writes in two voices, folding indie rock, indie pop and a slowcore patience into songs built on calm melodies, measured tempos and a deliberately stripped-back production. From Taster to Cranberry and Heavy Lifter, they’ve traced everyday stories through space and harmony; with True Love and their 2024 self‑titled album, the palette opens a little wider while keeping that intimate center. On stage, the pair leans on close harmonies, unhurried pacing and minimal arrangements that pull the focus to the songwriting. Expect a set that drifts between hushed slow-burners and brighter pop contours, with new tracks sitting alongside fan favourites from across their catalogue. Special guests join for the night.
