Info
On 16 September 2026 at Rescue Rooms, Nottingham, Havok lead a thrash bill built for speed and precision. Formed in Denver in 2004 around vocalist-guitarist David Sanchez, the band drives a sharp, technical thrash rooted in the 80s with echoes of NWOBHM, death metal and hardcore. From Burn and Time Is Up to Conformicide and V, Havok have shaped a tight sound of high tempos, cutting riffs and classic-leaning solos, with lyrics that look at politics, media and social pressure. Recent line-ups have centered on Sanchez with Pete Webber on drums and Nick Schendzielos on bass.
Norway’s Blood Red Throne bring a compact strain of death metal: dense riffing, assertive drumming, guttural vocals and tempo shifts that trade velocity for weight without losing focus. From Monument of Death to Nonagon, their writing stays direct and unadorned.
From Switzerland, XONOR formed in 2020 and channels a punchy, contemporary thrash fed by extreme metal, punk and hardcore. Fast riffs, tight structures and socially charged lyrics set the tone, with a stark stage identity built around black balaclavas.
Sweden’s Eradikated keeps Bay Area energy in a current frame: razor riffs, quick-fire beats and rough-edged vocals. After a self-titled EP, the album Descendants (2023, Indie Recordings) broadened their reach and earned a Grammis nomination.
