OSP presents a night of psychedelia with Manchester’s Dead Sea Apes and Brighton’s Codex Serafini at Strongroom on 10 July 2026 at 18h45.
Dead Sea Apes draw inspiration from psychedelic rock, noise rock, kosmische, Japanese psych, post-rock and dub. Formed in 2009, they have been part of the UK underground rock scene and have released more than ten albums on the UK psychedelic label Cardinal Fuzz, teaming up with Feeding Tube in the US.
Codex Serafini is a jazz psych rock act that combines modern rock, jazz and experimental rock to create its own world, with groove and attention to songwriting and performance. The second full-length album, “Mother, Give Your Children Sanity,” was released in November 2025 after being recorded at Bear Bites Horse studio in April.
