Leee John, singer, leader and founder of Imagination, the 1980s soul-funk group, will perform at New Morning for the first time over two nights with four concerts. It’s an opportunity to hear live, on a club stage, a festive repertoire from popular music culture, featuring songs such as Body Talk, So Good So Right, Changes, Flashback, Music and Lights and Just an Illusion.
The group, led by Leee John, and the New Morning venue will both celebrate their 45th anniversaries. Imagination has sold 30 million albums.
