Fat Dog

Fat Dog bring their London-bred electro-punk to O2 Academy Brixton, London on 24 October 2026. Launched in 2020 around Joe Love and quickly expanded into a five-piece on South London stages, the band made its name live before any official releases. On stage they splice post-punk angles with dance-punk pulse: taut synth lines, rave-friendly rhythms and a sax that nudges into klezmer, switching from churn to surge without smoothing the edges.

Early runs with Sports Team, Yard Act and Viagra Boys led to a signing with Domino in 2023, then the single King of the Slugs. In 2024 came All the Same, Running and I Am the King, paving the way for their debut album WOOF. The show draws from that catalogue and pushes it harder, stacking repetition and groove, bursts of noise, and vocal chants that stick without slipping into singalong gloss. It’s a set built for bodies in motion, with playful detours and a deadpan sense of the absurd baked into the arrangement. Special guests join for the night.
