On 22 January 2027 at bp pulse LIVE in Marston Green, United Kingdom, Five Finger Death Punch lead a night of modern metal built on heavy grooves, sharp riffs and melodic hooks. Formed in Las Vegas in 2005 around guitarist Zoltan Bathory and vocalist Ivan Moody, the band blends heavy and groove metal with hard rock, writing about anger, trauma and social tension. Recent albums F8 and AfterLife prolong that approach on stage, with the current line-up featuring Andy James on guitar, Chris Kael on bass and Charlie Engen on drums.
Lamb of God join from Richmond, Virginia, part of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal. With Randy Blythe on vocals and the Morton/Adler guitar tandem, their set leans on precision riffing, a dense rhythmic drive and a thrash-inflected backbone heard since Ashes of the Wake and Sacrament, now carried by drummer Art Cruz.
Opening, Glasgow’s Bleed From Within bring a mix of metalcore, groove and melodic death. From Era to Shrine, they’ve honed dense guitars, fast tempos and clear contrasts between harsh vocals and more melodic passages, a sound forged on the European touring circuit.
