The Feeling

The Feeling play O2 Academy Liverpool on 4 November 2026. Formed in Horsham around singer-guitarist Dan Gillespie Sells with Richard Jones, brothers Kevin and Ciaran Jeremiah, and Paul Stewart, the band shaped a melodic pop-rock sound built on close harmonies, piano lines and guitar hooks. After seasons gigging in the Alps under the name Superfly, they broke through with Twelve Stops and Home (2006), then followed with Join with Us (2008) and Together We Were Made (2011), which includes a duet with Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Their discography also features Boy Cried Wolf (2013), a self-titled album (2016), Loss. Hope. Love. (2022) and San Vito (2024).

On stage, they weave singalong choruses into lean arrangements, mixing early singles with newer tracks. During a pause in the late 2010s, Dan co-wrote the musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie; The Feeling then picked things back up on record and on tour, staying close to the songwriting and harmonies that defined them from the start.
