A six-piece line-up with strong links to the Western Highlands and Islands, Trail West are a band who continue to rise from their roots as a four-piece West Coast ceilidh band to a live act on festival stages.
In 2025, Trail West celebrated their 15th anniversary with a run of shows throughout Scotland, including Trail West Fest, with two shows at Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom. Live Act of the Year 2023 - Scots Trad Music Awards. They perform at An Seòmar on 14 November 2026.
