Gaerea land at Rescue Rooms in Nottingham on 12 September 2026. The Porto collective perform masked, cultivating anonymity that mirrors the suffocating, introspective tone of their music. Since 2016, they have shaped a modern form of black metal that leans into density, emotion and a stark, cinematic darkness. From the first EP through Unsettling Whispers and Limbo to Mirage, the group refine an approach where blast‑driven force meets atmospheric passages and melody cuts through dissonance. On stage, this language becomes a focused arc: visuals, pacing and dynamics build tension with clarity and pull the room into their narrative.
Conjurer, a metal band from the UK, join the lineup and bring their weight to the night alongside Gaerea.
