On 18 July 2026, Charlie Puth brings the Whatever’s Clever! World Tour to O2 Academy Birmingham. Singer, songwriter and producer, he has shaped a pop sound built on piano lines, tight bass riffs and layered harmonies. From YouTube beginnings to co-writing See You Again, then the melodic sweep of Nine Track Mind, the leaner grooves of Voicenotes and the more electronic textures of Charlie, his catalogue moves between radio pop, R&B shades and synth-led moments. On stage, he switches from piano ballads to crisp, rhythmic cuts, assembling songs from vocal samples, beatbox ideas and precise production details, with stops at Attention and Light Switch alongside newer material.
Bradley Simpson opens. First known as the lead voice of The Vamps, the Birmingham-born musician steps out solo with The Panic Years (2025), leaning into guitar-led pop with indie and folk-rock influences. Clear vocals, direct melodies and more personal writing mark this set, drawing a line from his band work to a focused solo approach that sets the scene for Puth’s show.
