Kaytranada

Kaytranada brings his hybrid blend of house, hip-hop and R&B to Co-op Live in Manchester, United Kingdom, on 23 June 2026. Born in Port-au-Prince and raised in Montréal, the producer and DJ first surfaced as Kaytradamus with online mixtapes and remixes before locking into club circuits across North America and Europe. His debut album, 99.9% (2016), set out a supple, groove-led approach shaped by funk, soul and rap, with a rotating cast of guest voices. Bubba (2019) leaned further into vocal house and drew wider recognition in 2021, while he kept shaping tracks for other artists and reworking singers and rappers from both Anglophone and Francophone scenes.

Alongside solo work, Kaytranada teams up with his brother Lou Phelps as The Celestics, and pushed deeper into rap with KAYTRAMINÉ alongside Aminé in 2023. Timeless (2024) anchors his place among producers who move easily between club culture, Afro-Caribbean roots and contemporary hip-hop. On stage, he threads head-nod swing and uptempo house, folding his own cuts, collaborations and edits into smooth transitions, bass-forward grooves and elastic drum programming. Expect a set that touches 99.9%, Bubba and Timeless while leaving room for deep cuts and fresh material.
