Steel Panther bring their Europe Twenty Twenty S£x Tour to O2 Guildhall, Southampton on 25 July 2026. Born on the LA club circuit, the quartet revives the flash and hooks of 80s glam metal with a tongue-in-cheek twist. Led by vocalist Michael Starr and guitarist Satchel, the band leans on big choruses, sharp riffs and showy solos, while pushing lyrics that play with rock clichés and adult humour. On stage, sequins, stacked harmonies and a theatrical setup meet tight musicianship and a steady stream of banter.
The set navigates early calling cards like Community Property and Death to All but Metal, then moves through later cuts from Lower the Bar, Heavy Metal Rules and the recent On the Prowl. With Spyder now on bass, the lineup keeps the sound anchored and loud, leaving room for extended solos and crowd back-and-forths. It’s a mix of big choruses, flashy guitar and self-aware satire, channeling the excess of hair metal with enough precision to make it hit live.
