Ghost-Note are a funk group.
Led by Snarky Puppy drummer Robert "Sput" Searight alongside Nate Werth, the band plays contemporary funk.
A collective at its core, Ghost-Note includes members connected to Prince, Kendrick Lamar, Erykah Badu, Herbie Hancock, Snoop Dogg and Justin Timberlake.
Blurring the lines between funk, Afrobeat, hip-hop, psychedelia and global rhythms, the band has collaborated with Kamasi Washington, Karl Denson and Bobby Sparks.
Ghost-Note perform at Jazz Cafe on 1 June 2026 at 6:00 pm.
