Westside Cowboy

Westside Cowboy brings its rough-edged Britainicana to O2 Forum Kentish Town, London, on 2 December 2026. The UK quartet of Reuben Haycocks, James Bradbury, Aoife Anson O’Connell and Paddy Murphy writes collectively and pulls country grain through indie and art-rock angles: wide melodies, wiry guitars, a steady groove, and a preference for contrast over polish.

Onstage, that blend tightens into songs that trade tension and release, folk-country inflections and sharp riffs, with choruses that land without leaning on pastiche. The set pivots around the EP So Much Country ’Till We Get There, released in January 2026 on Adventure Recordings and recorded in New York with producer Loren Humphrey, alongside newer material shaped on the road.

A busy run across the UK and dates in the US have refined the band’s live dynamic, as have shared bills with Geese and Black Country, New Road. Festival stops at Glastonbury, Green Man and End of the Road have highlighted the group’s more direct, abrasive side. In Kentish Town, the focus is a lean, collective performance where close harmonies, taut guitars and quick shifts in tempo carry the songs without dressing them up.
