Carpenter Brut and HEALTH share the bill at O2 Academy Bristol on 4 November 2026, a meeting point between synthwave muscle and industrial noise. Behind Carpenter Brut stands French producer Franck Hueso, architect of a sharp, cinematic sound drawing from 80s action-horror imagery. On stage, his tracks hit with serrated synths, martial rhythms and metal-flavored riffs, revisiting the raw drive of the Trilogy EPs and pushing through the leather-clad saga of Leather Teeth and Leather Terror. Expect a set that shifts from neon-charged chases to darker, heavier passages, built for big rooms and tight turns.
Opposite him, Los Angeles trio HEALTH brings a hybrid language forged between noise rock, industrial pulse and shadowy electronics. From the fractured edges of their early records to the more direct impact of Death Magic and Vol. 4: Slaves of Fear, they balance spectral vocals, saturated textures and club-leaning beats. Their DISCO collaboration series widened the field, bridging scenes without softening the blow. Together, Carpenter Brut and HEALTH set up a dialogue of cathartic rhythms and grimy hooks—one leaning retro-futurist, the other corrosive and precise—tailor-made for Bristol’s O2 Academy.
