Kraftwerk bring their Multimedia Tour 2026 to Bristol Beacon, Bristol, on 1 June 2026. Formed in Düsseldorf in 1970 by Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider, the group shifted from krautrock experiments to a clear, melodic electronic language built on mechanical rhythms, processed voices and themes tied to technology, transport and everyday modern life. Under Hütter’s direction today, the live format is all about tight synchronization between sound and image, with their repertoire reinterpreted in an audiovisual flow.

The set draws across the catalogue: the glide of Autobahn, the charged signals of Radio-Activity, the urban itineraries of Trans-Europe Express, the sleek patterns of The Man-Machine, the circuitry of Computer World, up to Tour de France. Pieces are reworked with updated sequencing and a focus on tempo and texture, keeping the minimal synth-pop framework while highlighting pulse and movement. Four consoles, a clean stage design, visuals locked to the beat: Kraftwerk revisit their “robot pop” in real time, turning landmark tracks into a precise, immersive performance.
