Il Volo

Il Volo bring their operatic pop to Eventim Apollo, London, on 5 November 2027. Formed in 2009 on Italian TV, singers Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble share a taste for bel canto and shape a crossover set where Italian song, international standards and original material meet. Their three‑part harmonies sit over orchestral arrangements, gliding from intimate ballads to widescreen themes with a clear focus on blend and phrasing.

Their journey runs through a self‑titled debut in 2010, We Are Love in 2012 and the seasonal Buon Natale in 2013, before a win at Sanremo with Grande amore and an appearance at Eurovision in 2015, followed by L’amore si muove. On stage, the trio extend this palette with symphonic colors and a repertoire that revisits the Italian songbook while opening to global pop. Recent tours have explored cinema and Ennio Morricone’s melodies, echoed on Il Volo Sings Morricone (2021). For London, expect a set that alternates beloved classics, cross‑border pop and newer songs, carried by the clarity of their harmonies and arrangements shaped for a live hall.
