On 12 June 2026 at The Piece Hall in Halifax, Madness headline. Formed in Camden around Suggs, Mike Barson, Lee Thompson, Chris Foreman, Dan Woodgate, Mark Bedford and Chas Smash, they forged a brass-forward blend of 2 Tone, rocksteady, pop and new wave. The early albums — One Step Beyond..., Absolutely, 7 and The Rise & Fall — anchored their style before a shift toward more melodic writing. Reformed since 1992, they continue to release new material, including Theatre of the Absurd Presents C’est la Vie, and bring a catalogue that cuts across eras.
Hollie Cook brings a personal take on reggae with a soft, tropical pop hue. After The Slits, she mapped out her path with Hollie Cook, Twice, Vessel of Love and Happy Hour, mixing soul inflections, lush arrangements and a relaxed pulse that frames her voice.
The Skints round out the bill with an East London mix of reggae, ska, dub and punk, moving between sung lines and spoken flows. From Live.Breathe.Build.Believe and Part & Parcel with Prince Fatty to FM and Swimming Lessons, they travel between DIY grit, lovers rock and introspective shades, a hybrid approach that carries naturally on stage.
