Revealed in 2010 with “Je veux,” Zaz carved a clear line between pop, French chanson and jazz inflections. In 2025 she returns with a more intimate sixth album, where her recognisable, textured voice engages with sensitive, direct lyrics. The record fuels a new tour that puts the essentials back at the center: performance, listening and ensemble playing.

On 27 July 2026 at the Chapiteau du Théâtre de la Mer in Sainte-Maxime, Zaz will blend recent songs and signature hits in a set conceived as a back-and-forth between energy and stripped-back moments. She cultivates closeness, shifts from swing to pop, from a ballad to a unifying chorus, and lets the arrangements breathe to better let the group’s dynamic flow. Without unnecessary effects, the live show relies on groove, rapport with the audience and that frank way of telling songs that has followed her since “Je veux.” An evening to rediscover her palette, between collective momentum and moments that bring the words to the fore.
