Labadessa « Tour Sudaticcio »

Mattia Labadessa, an Italian author, illustrator and singer-songwriter, has entered the collective imagination thanks to one of his characters: a cynical, nihilistic red bird-man who lives in a minimalist world of yellow backgrounds.

Through his universe and poetic vision, he explores themes of anxiety, loneliness and the search for self, placing them against an essential and deeply poetic backdrop.

An artistic project notable for its ability to combine irony and melancholy, transforming everyday unease into a universal, humane language.

He has published several collections of illustrations and graphic novels, including “Le cose così” (Shockdom, 2016), “Mezza fetta di limone” (Feltrinelli, 2017) and “Piccolo!” (Feltrinelli, 2019).

In 2019 Labadessa began his musical path, releasing singles such as “Montesanto”, “Dovremmo prendere un cane” and “Tra le giostre”, in which he conveys his inner feelings.

After a winter club tour, from May 2026 Labadessa will bring his project, together with his band, to the stages of numerous Italian festivals.
