Avalon Emerson (USA)

Avalon Emerson arrives at Plano B Club - Porto on June 3, 2026 with a DJ set that condenses a decade of musical research for the dancefloor. She made her name in the San Francisco warehouse scene before moving to Berlin, where she honed a very personal approach: recontextualizing tracks from different eras and bringing them closer to contemporary sounds, unbound by genre. Live, she constructs narratives that cross house, techno, new wave and disco, making space for rave rarities, patient transitions and shifts in energy that keep the flow moving.

Her performances regularly feature her own productions and edits, which give a clear signature to what is heard in the booth. That identity also comes from her studio work, where she alternates club-oriented tracks with more melodic compositions and, at times, a pop streak explored in the project Avalon Emerson & The Charm. Between precise mixing, atmospheric textures and direct grooves, the focus is on connecting points in the history of dance music and creating continuity between past and present — always with the dancefloor as a compass.
