Oliver Tree brings the Love You Madly, Hate You Badly World’s First World Tour to History, 1663 Queen Street East, Toronto, on August 7, 2026. The Santa Cruz singer, songwriter and director shapes a pop project that pulls from alt-rock, indie pop, hip-hop and electronic music, shifting from deadpan hooks to saturated riffs and club-ready grooves. Early work with Whethan, including When I’m Down, and the EP Alien Boy led to the albums Ugly Is Beautiful, Cowboy Tears and Alone in a Crowd, marked by concise writing and memorable refrains.
