Defected lands at Chinois Ibiza on 9 July 2026 for a night shaped by groove and house in all its shades. The lineup brings together residents and long-time allies of the label, each with a distinct take on the dancefloor, in an intimate club built for tight rhythms and direct energy.
Nick Curly sets the tone with deep, rolling house, precise drums and supple basslines, a sound honed from Mannheim’s club tradition and years spent refining an efficient, understated groove. Alongside him, Sam Divine, a Defected mainstay, leans into uplifting, vocal-led selections and clean, feel-good transitions designed to keep the room moving without losing focus.
Low Steppa pushes a bass-led house pulse, punchy and percussive, channelling UK club energy into straight-ahead, functional cuts. Ferreck Dawn adds a polished, soulful and melodic edge, pairing expressive vocal hooks with a solid rhythmic core built for peak-time tension. Opening duties fall to Andy Daniell, who lays down a measured warm-up to ease dancers onto the floor and connect the night’s different moods before the tempo rises.
