Appetite returns to Chinois Ibiza on 7 July 2026, with founders Elliot Schooling and Liam Palmer steering the night. The East London duo cut their teeth together and shape the Appetite sound: house, techno, UK minimal and stripped-back club rollers, curated with a grassroots mindset built for the floor.
Joining them, Hot Since 82 brings a club-focused house language: supple rhythms, thick basslines and slow-burn builds, shaped across Ibiza booths and through his Knee Deep in Sound label.
From Manchester, Mason Collective — Blair Suarez, Adam Myles and Omar Guedar — channel their city’s sound system DNA into groove-led house and tech house, from Whippin’ to releases on Hottrax, Desolat or Solid Grooves.
Liana and Pacome round out the lineup with sharp selections that lock the room into motion. A concentrated tour of UK-rooted club music, delivered in the Chinois booth and tuned for a packed Tuesday dancefloor.
