Major League Djz presents « Echoes of Tomorrow »

Major League DJz bring Echoes of Tomorrow to Chinois Ibiza on 26 June 2026. The South African duo of twins Bandile and Banele Mbere sign a set anchored in Afro house, amapiano and future-leaning electronics, tailed by hypnotic grooves, rolling percussion and supple basslines. Built for a club crowd, their approach favors progressive builds and deep, body-moving rhythms that keep the floor in motion.

Shaped by the Johannesburg scene, Major League DJz first emerged around hip-hop and new age kwaito before shifting toward amapiano and a wider palette where 3-step patterns meet warm, padded lows. Their projects Balcony Mix Africa and Piano City, along with their label Untitled Audio, extend the same line: connect southern African sounds with a broader electronic conversation without losing their roots.

At the center of Echoes of Tomorrow stands the Mask of Africa, the show’s visual anchor and a symbol the duo carries from home to international stages. In Ibiza, it frames a narrative that blends percussive energy, fluid transitions and guests from the global dance community, joining heritage and forward-facing club music in one focused journey.
