OTON & Onohno A/V Live + Deng Mama + CAAG

Alliance Club returns to L'Entrepôt with a night emerging from a week-long residency, where live performance, local sound curation, immersive experience and artistic research converge. Founded in Brussels by artists and friends from the south of Belgium, the collective has always maintained a strong connection to this territory. This gathering reflects that link directly: a return to the region, and the public opening of a week of artistic research hosted by L'Entrepôt.

In the week leading up to the performance, Baptiste (OTON), Yanice (Onohno) and Raoul (Alliance co-founder) will develop a new stage of OTON & Onohno A/V Live (audio-visual live performance), a project exploring how live electronic music, visuals, light and scenography can interact and evolve together in real time.

What will be presented on 29 May 2026 at L'Entrepôt is not a fixed end product, but the first public outcome of this residency: a moment where new musical material, visual systems, spatial intentions and live interactions are tested in front of an audience.

It also marks the first of three key public steps in a broader process that will continue in the coming months from Arlon to Montreal. At the centre of that trajectory lies a particular approach to album-making: using live performances - with their improvisations, tensions, accidents, spatial conditions and audiences - as the raw material for a future OTON release.

In that sense, the people present that night will not only witness the project in transformation, but also become part of the wider ecosystem from which that next record emerges.

Line-up
- CAAG (Luxembourg / Brussels): Luxembourg-based and active in Brussels through Alliance Club, CAAG has established herself as a thoughtful curator and performer within the underground electronic scene. Her sets blend hypnotic grooves with deeply textured techno, drawing listeners into a carefully crafted musical experience. Continuously evolving her sound, her performances are marked by a distinctive interplay of energy and introspection. Known for her trippy, layered and curated approach, she shapes spaces of tension, release and transformation with patience and precision.
- Deng Mama (Luxembourg): Luxembourg-based DJ Deng Mama crafts sets that move through darkness, hypnosis and a ritual-like approach. Rather than focusing on fixed genres or BPM, her work is guided by mood, tension and progression, embracing a fluid language that can move between steady rhythms, halftime elements and more varied structures while maintaining a consistent atmospheric thread. For Deng Mama, hypnosis is not defined by repetition alone, but by the ability to sustain and transform energy over time - an approach she refers to as witchdance: a balance of movement, intensity and introspective depth.
- OTON A/V Live with Onohno - residency outcome: OTON and Onohno will present the first public state of the new live developed during this first residency at L'Entrepôt. This phase of the project focuses on the evolution of live composition, the growing role of improvisation, the restructuring of the performance's internal dramaturgy, and a deeper articulation between music, visuals, scenographic space and audience. Rather than operating as separate layers, these elements are treated as interdependent components within a single responsive system. This presentation is a first public test of that new balance - a form still in motion, still being shaped, but already carrying the tensions, intuitions and materials that will feed both future performances and the next OTON release.
